Throughout the history of mankind, powerful people have been artists of their own values and, most importantly, sophisticating their power to gain and maintain social dominance. But society has degraded so much that the circumstances have changed (not fundamentally, but still worth noting). In the following passages, you will read and fortunately, discern extraordinary ways created by slaves to gain social dominance. It will get more niche.
Acting miserable. This is the most prominent one. Recall the scenario where you walk up to your peers (and not only) and suddenly, instead of listening to the discussions about money, power, values or something great- you name it- you fall into the vicious void of some derps talking about how mentally disabled they are and it's not their fault. They are the type of people who carry the most envy, drama and the traits you want to avoid.
The preachers of equality. The modern movement for absolute equality usually presents itself as the highest moral duty, but its underlying motivation is ALWAYS much less noble. Behind the talk of fairness and justice lies a deep, hidden resentment. This resentment is the most unique by its nature. It is an unconfessed envy born of powerlessness. When individuals or movements demand that all differences be wiped away, they rarely want to raise humanity up. Instead, they want to disarm the successful and drag down those who excel. This obsession with judging and punishing others is simply a hidden desire for control, disguised as virtue. This isn't as hard a pill to swallow as the next one.
Empathic people. This is the best observation I have ever made so far. Excessive empathy is the most "sincere, kind and benevolent" way to gain social dominance. Once a person expresses it, you must know the signal behind it - Look at me, I'm so kind, praise ME. Is this relevant for everyone? No, but for most people.
I don't have any more niche observations, except these. So implement them into your day to day life, flourish, and be powerful by filtering out the weak.
